Paper alone is not verification. Open a carton. Check that the model number on the temple or packaging matches the DoC. A children's product risk assessment cannot be a copy of an adult template. It should address foreseeable misuse: children chew temples, bend frames, drop them on concrete, and pull at hinge screws.
