For optical retailers & distributors

Build a kids frame range your stores can evaluate.

Shortlist actual optical frame models by fit and store demand. Then give your optical lab the information it needs to review each frame.

Share your market, model references, intended quantities and target date. We can review the feasible combination and quotation basis with you.

01 / Build the brief

Plan the range around your stores and optical lab.

Store demand

List the shopper groups, required sizes and price positions your team wants to cover. Do not substitute a generic age label for measured fit.

Model selection

Compare frame front, bridge and temple dimensions on the actual models. Ask for samples before confirming a store assortment.

Lab review

Share the frame details with your own optical lab for lens compatibility and fitting review. OKAY is supplying frames, not prescription lenses or prescription fitting.

02 / Make the specification visible

Put model dimensions beside store allocations.

Requested features and quantities remain subject to model-specific review and a written quotation.

03 / Sample review

Evaluate the frame with store and lab feedback.

Request a small evaluation set covering your target fits and shape options. Record store feedback, lab feedback and the exact model/colour version on one sheet. A successful trial of one model does not approve the whole range.

04 / Quotation boundary

Confirm packing and replenishment requirements.

Retail display, prepacking, replenishment frequency and any lab documentation are project requirements to confirm in the quotation, not standard services assumed here.

Ask for the quote to identify model, variant, quantity, pack and target market separately. Resolve changes before treating a new sample as the approved order version.

Questions about this buying plan

Can OKAY supply prescription lenses for our stores?

The project covers kids optical frames and confirmed non-prescription configurations. Your optical lab must review prescription lens compatibility and fitting; prescription lenses and prescription fitting are outside OKAY’s supply scope.

How should we divide a range between stores?

Start with a model–colour–size list and intended units for each location. Use store feedback on samples to revise the assortment, then request confirmation of quantities and packing requirements.
